We build your confidence and strength in the programs for 4 weeks, and then challenge you with new workouts the following month.
Get the best of both worlds in Small Group. With a maximum of 8 clients, participants receive personal attention from the trainer while also exercising alongside other women.
Our Small Group sessions are full body workouts that reflect that day’s group fitness focus. Get head-to-toe training with varying emphasis on upper, lower, cardio, and our signature programming.
Our Personal Trainers offer private, 1-on-1 sessions designed for your individual goals, timeline and fitness level.
