Group Classes

HIRT, or High-Intensity Resistance Training, is the ultimate workout for strength, endurance and fat loss. Our classes are monthly programs that focus on different muscle groups each day.

We build your confidence and strength in the programs for 4 weeks, and then challenge you with new workouts the following month.

Small Group Training​

Small Group sessions are full body workouts that offer privacy and hands-on training. With a maximum of 8 clients to one trainer, you’ll get personal attention while also exercising with other women.

Designed for all fitness levels, Small Group is perfect for women who want to get started but are intimidated by group classes. Get head-to-toe workouts with varying focus on upper, lower and cardiovascular training.

Personal Training​

Have an injury or prefer 1-on-1 workouts? Our Personal Trainers offer private sessions customized for your individual goals and fitness level.

Fill out our Personal Training Questionnaire to set up your free consultation. Our team will give you a tour of the studio and introduce you to a Personal Trainer to make you feel at ease.
